Wood and fabric are used in the interior, which prevent echoes and ensure amazing acoustics.
An integrated sound system and microphone sets are available on site for smaller seminars and events. For larger events, we recommend using a professional external audio service provider to ensure the best technical quality.
The Cruise Terminal is equipped with local digital screens that can be used to display your event visuals and content:
17 vertical screens located inside the terminal and at the outdoor entrance, resolution 1080×1920 px
Video wall at the main entrance inside the terminal, resolution 3840×1080 px (aspect ratio 32:9)
Please provide all materials in advance, as the screens cannot be connected directly to personal devices on site.
Ceiling-mounted rigging points and hooks are available to facilitate the installation of technical equipment and event structures.
An 880-capacity cloakroom located next to the main entrance is included in the rental fee. Cloakroom numbers are also available for use upon request.
A podium / stage is available on site at the Cruise Terminal and can be rented for your event.

The Cruise Terminal does not provide in-house catering services. For events, catering can be arranged through an external service provider according to the organiser’s preferences.
When renting the entire terminal, a dedicated catering preparation room is available. The catering back-of-house area is 37.1 m² and includes a countertop with sink, two large work surfaces, and a refrigerator. The catering room has convenient direct access from the parking area at the rear of the Cruise Terminal.
For meal breaks, food can be served in the main terminal hall or in the restaurant hall on the second floor. In good weather, catering can also be arranged on the outdoor terraces.
Inventory and equipment are brought in and taken out through the storage room, which has a single entrance with both doors opening. The height of the doorway is 2.25 m and the width is 2.10 m. Door 2 is used for lift access, with dimensions of 2.25 x 2.20 m.
Vanasadama reisiterminalide juures on võimalik reisijate pealevõtmiseks ja mahapanekuks lühiajaliselt tasuta parkida – selleks on nii A- kui D-terminali juures Kiss&Sail parklad. Kiss&Sail parklad on kasutamiseks nii erasõidukitele, mittelepingulistele taksodele kui ka sõidujagamis-app’ide sõidukitele (Bolt, Uber, Yandex jne). Otse terminali uste ette pääsevad vaid lepingulised taksod (Tallink, Tulika). Terminalide ees on lubatud lühiajaliselt parkida ainult bussidel.
