Additional Services at Cruise Terminal

VIP Room Rental

The Cruise Terminal VIP room / meeting room offers an excellent setting for smaller meetings and seminars, as an artist backstage or for various other purposes. Fully equipped with all essential amenities, the VIP room is located on the second floor of the terminal and offers views towards the harbour. When renting the Cruise Terminal, use of the VIP room is included in the rental fee. The room can also be rented separately for individual events.

Stage Rental

A podium / stage is available on site at the Cruise Terminal and can be rented for your event.

Stage dimensions: 7.5 m × 2.5 m (+ steps)
Height: 50 cm

Lift Rental

Starting from spring 2026, a lift will be available for rent at the Cruise Terminal, making the installation of technical equipment and decorations more convenient and efficient.

Car Park Rental

As an additional service, event organisers can rent the large parking area located at the entrance to the cruise area, ensuring that guests arriving by car do not have to worry about parking. Parking can be provided free of charge to guests at the organiser’s discretion.

Outdoor Areas

In addition to the indoor spaces, the Cruise Terminal offers a range of unique outdoor areas for hosting events – including the rooftop promenade, grand staircases, Flag Square, Tallinn Stars Square, the tip of the North-West Pier and more.

Host your entire event or part of it in the open air, surrounded by million-dollar views of the sea, passing ships and breathtaking sunsets.

Port Tour

Upon request, we offer guided tours of the Port of Tallinn’s Old City Harbour as an added experience or follow-up activity for your event. Depending on your interests, tours can be tailored with different themes and focus areas – from exploring the port’s daily operations to learning more about its history and future developments, or focusing on innovative smart and sustainable solutions at Estonia’s modern gateway.

Port Introduction Tour

During a comfortable walking tour starting from the Cruise Terminal, participants will gain insight into the daily operations of Estonia’s largest tourism gateway. The tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at how vessels are serviced, showcases the smart and environmentally sustainable solutions implemented at the port and introduces the port’s future development plans.

Port History Tour

This guided tour offers a deeper insight into the past of the harbour area, revealing what the port looked like decades – and even centuries – ago. Discover why the Cruise Terminal’s rooftop promenade has its distinctive shape, where the railway once ran through the harbour and where the river used to flow. Step back in time and explore the stories that have shaped the Port of Tallinn into what it is today.
