Ro-Ro cargo is handled in 3 different Port of Tallinn harbours: Old City Harbour, Paldiski South Harbour and Muuga Harbour.

The Ro-Ro regular services operating between Western European and Scandinavian ports are processed at Paldiski South Harbour, while Muuga Harbour and Old City Harbour have connections with Finnish and Swedish ports. Quite remarkable amounts of rolling stock cargo are transported on the passenger ferries operating between the Old City Harbour and Helsinki and Stockholm.
