Covid-19 information for passengers

When going on a trip

  • In preparation for the trip, visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the European Union’s Reopen portal and find out the Covid-19 restrictions and requirements regarding the destination country.
  • Please also visit the kriis.ee page to find out the restrictions in force at the time of departure from Estonia and to get acquainted with the rules established by shipping companies: Tallink, Eckerö Line, Viking Line.
  • The coronavirus antigen test for outbound trips can be performed at the Terminal A and D. It is necessary to book an appointment in advance for testing! More information and booking can be done on the Confido page.
  • Without prior reservation, it is possible to perform a rapid antigen test at Medicum testing points on the 3rd floor of the arrivals area of ​​the A-Terminal and on the 1st floor of the D-Terminal at Old City Harbour.
  • The test points are open in Terminal A from 11.15 am to 00.15 am, in the Terminal D from 9.30 am to 01.00 am, except until 01.30 am on Wednesdays.
  • Do not forget the identification document.
  • Come to the port in time.

Coming from the trip:

  • Before arriving to Estonia, fill in the border crossing form. The questionnaire can be filled in on the Health Board’s self-service page, it can be done up to three days before arriving to Estonia.
  • Keep up to date with information on countries and movement restrictions.
  • Visit kriis.ee to find out the restrictions that apply in Estonia at the time of arrival.
  • Medicum coronavirus testing points are open to arriving passengers on the 3rd floor of the Arrivals Area of ​​Terminal A and on the 1st floor of Terminal D. The test points are open in Terminal A from 11.15 am to 00.15 am, in the Terminal D from 9.30 am to 01.00 am, except until 01.30 am on Wednesdays. Estonian residents arriving from risk countries as a country of departure or transit can do so free of charge on the basis of an Estonian identity document (Estonian citizen passport or alien (so-called gray) passport, Estonian ID card or residence permit card). For foreigners the testing costs 53 euros.

What to follow when going on a trip and coming from a trip?

  • Follow the 2 + 2 rule, follow the markings in the passenger terminal.
  • Disinfect your hands.
  • Please wear a mask that protects you and other passengers from possible infection with the virus.
  • Avoid contact with other passengers, follow the information on the screens.
